Shipping & Returns


We charge a flat shipping rate that increases as additional items are added to your cart. The increase allows us to pay for the cost of shipping as well as any handling fees associated. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a USPS/FedEx tracking number. 

Lost/Damaged by Post Office: We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email and we are happy to help resolve the issue if possible. Thank you for your understanding with this.

We use USPS Priority mail or FedEx ground to ship the orders to you. Free shipping & exchanges for orders over $75. Should you choose to return an item after receiving free shipping the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.


Feel free to return merchandise within 60 days (more flexible during the holidays) of delivery . You pick up the shipping to get it back to us, and we will give you a full refund to your original purchasing method (debit, credit card etc) with no questions asked.

Any product you return must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


We try our best to make sure that your merchandise is packed and shipped with the utmost care; but at times break for reasons beyond our control. When this happens don't worry about it let our friendly customer service take care of it. Simple e-mail us at and include the following information.
